What comes with every cane?
Every Signature Cane carries Kareem's signature, the skyhook silhouette, the 33 and the KAR33M mark. It's handcrafted to order with the palm rest included, and your order comes with a $50 adidas gift card.
What is the cane made of?
Every cane is hickory, finished by hand in one of three stains: Dark Purple, Dark Brown or Natural. Dark Purple and Dark Brown are engraved in gold. Natural is engraved dark.
How do I choose my length?
Pick your height and we recommend the length for you. Lengths run from 26" to 38.5" in half-inch steps, measured from the wrist crease to the floor wearing shoes. If you already know your cane length, you can set it directly.
What can I engrave?
Up to 40 characters of your own, free. Letters, numbers, punctuation, symbols and other languages are fine. Emoji and images aren't. If you leave it blank, your cane arrives with the standard engraving: Kareem's signature, the skyhook and the KAR33M mark.
Will my engraving look exactly like the preview?
We engrave your text exactly as typed, so please check your spelling before checkout. The on-screen preview is a guide. The finished engraving may vary slightly.
What is the palm rest, and do I have to have it?
The palm rest adds comfort and control and eases hand fatigue on longer walks. It's included with every cane. If you'd rather have a classic plain crook, choose "Plain crook" and we'll finish the handle as one smooth arch.
How much does it cost?
The launch price is $350, down from $395, and your custom engraving is free. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout.
When will my cane arrive?
Each cane is handcrafted to order and ships within 7–14 business days, and delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my cane?
Because every cane is cut to your length and engraved for you, it's a final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
